Great skiing in an mountain atmosphere, peaceful skiing in larch woods, family skiing in specially designed areas... There’s something for everyone in Serre Chevalier!

115 pistes ranging from the most gentle to the most exhilarating... 250km of pleasure with 300 days of sunshine per year!

The five top runs at Serre Che
1. Cucumelle: Intermediate and advanced skiers will love cruising across open snowfields from the Col de la Cucumelle on the long Cucumelle red to the hamlet of Fréjus and continuing on through the trees down to Villeneuve.

2. Briançon: The gentle, south-facing top-to-bottom Vauban red on Briançon mountain is ideal for intermediates to build confidence and practice carving and has great views over the town.

3. Casse du Boeuf: The long, tree-lined Casse du Boeuf black above Villeneuve is just one of several entertaining black runs in the resort. Others include Isolée off l’Eychauda, Super Draye under Clot Gauthier and Creux de Loup by Cucumelle.

4. Chantemerle: Perhaps because it only provides direct access to two red pistes and a long blue run, the Aiguillette chairlift above Chantemerle carries relatively little traffic. The runs themselves are cut into woods and make for great, secluded spots to build on technique – or just let rip.

5. Vallon de la Montagnole: A dream powder run for expert skiers: take the first lift for fresh tracks on the Face des Neyzets under the Yret chair. Take the lift up again and drop off Pic de l’Yret into the Vallon de la Montagnole bowl, which brings you round onto the long black Tabuc run into Monêtier.
