Things you need to know Pricing and payment details Payment Schedule $600 (add $400 for
single supplement) due at sign-up. Current Shooters membership and copy of your passport are required upon sign-up. Check your passport now! If it expires prior to 9/30/10, renew it now. We have been advised that you may be hassled if your passport expires within 6 months of your planned return. If you are working on your passport, you may still sign-up, simply advise the trip leader of your passport status. Payment Methods Payments are accepted by check or SCEFCU on-line transfer. Credits card payments require an additional 4% convenience fee. SCEFCU on-line
transfers are now available but you must be an SCEFCU member. You may
transfer funds through the SCE Federal Credit Union Website:
www.scefcu.org.
Applications are available on-line for new members.
Important info for on-line transfers: Account #: 31160, Type 27,
checks, 1st 3 letters = SCE. Cost Increases Price changes: Taxes and fuel charges included but may increase/decrease up to 60 days prior to departure. Adjustment in price may occur due to variations in Euro and taxes. Deviations: Deviations arranged on return only with $150 deviation charge. Cancellations made after December 1 incur a $300 cancellation fee. Single Supplement: Prices quoted are for double occupancy. The single supplement fee is $400. Membership: You need to be a Shooters member to sign up. Membership details and form are on the membership page. Other Nuisances Cancellation Cancellations made on or after December 1, 2009 incur a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds after December 14, 2009. Upon cancellation, membership dues will be refunded, if requested.
Travel Insurance
Travelers are
responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance.
Please go to the following link for details and online purchase: Note: Although the trip costs $2025, you may want to insure for $2000. The cost for a $2000 policy is $78, the cost for a $2025 policy is $99. Frequent Flyer Miles You can earn miles but tickets cannot be upgraded with existing miles.
Baggage Policy We will be using Delta and Air One. Both airlines allow one checked bag for free. Delta's limit is 50 pounds, Air One's limit is 45 pounds. Both charge $50 for an additional bag. This trip involves three flight days, so if you check two bags, you will be paying an additional $150.
